YDS-W200 Wire Less Double Spindle High Speed Placement Machine
The high-speed placement machine without wires and double Spindle can perfectly solve a variety of materials on one machine. Two pickings and one placement are completed. The hourly production capacity can exceed 250,000 points.
1. It is only suitable for 5M to unlimited length flexible light strips and light bars. The machine adopts left and right double modules and double suction rod structure, which can be matched with three or four material stations.
2. The whole body adopts precision welding, and the beam adopts high-strength cast iron structure.
3. The machine adopts imported servo motor drive, with high precision and fast speed.
4. Low maintenance cost and simple operation. Operators can go on-line production only after simple training.
5. The machine adopts double electric feeder for feeding.
